For nesten ti år siden annonserte Google en 8-bit-utgave av Google Maps for Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), men det hele var bare en 1. april-spøk.
Men nå har en dedikert teknologientusiast tatt saken i egne hender og faktisk realisert prosjektet. YouTube-brukeren «ciciplusplus» har rett og slett laget en Google Maps-port for NES, og du kan se resultatet i videoen nedenfor:
Vi ville nok ikke brukt denne Google Maps-utgaven på neste ferietur, men prosjektet er like fullt imponerende, og ikke minst fascinerende.
